Europe: Type 2 for AC, CCS2 for DC. North America: SAE J1772 for AC, CCS1 or NACS for DC. China and some other markets: GB/T. These are not interchangeable, so tell us the destination country at enquiry and we will quote the correct variant.

CCS1 and NACS DC fast charging is supplied to order rather than held as catalogue stock. Send the power level, connector and quantity and we will confirm availability, lead time and documentation.

The Type 2 connector range is certified by TÜV Rheinland and the European AC and export DC ranges carry CE documentation. Certification is model- and market-specific: we confirm the position for your exact model and country on the order, and we will not claim a certification we cannot hand you the paperwork for.

Yes, to order. North American listed versions are built rather than stocked: AC units to UL 2594 with UL 2231 personnel protection, DC fast chargers to UL 2202 / UL 2594, and couplers to UL 2251 — available under either a UL or an ETL (Intertek) listing, both of which are NRTL listings to the same standards. A listing is a project, not a catalogue option: it adds test and review time, so tell us the standard and the destination at enquiry and we will confirm the listed configuration, the certificate and the schedule before production starts.

The export DC range is documented to CCS2 and CHAdeMO with OCPP 1.6J and the European 9-pin connector; the GB/T range is built to the Chinese connector and charging standard for China and equivalent GB/T markets. Where a certification is held by the production entity we supply the certificate and the test report with your order, and we do not present another company's certificate as our own.

Yes. Enclosure silkscreen, rating labels, packaging, manuals and the charging app are all produced to your brand. Supply-chain branding is removed from the product and the documentation.

As general cargo. No dangerous goods declarations are needed. Portable and wallbox ranges ship LCL or FCL; DC cabinets ship by sea on volume. Air freight is practical for samples.

A qualified electrician or your installation contractor. We supply the documentation, the recommended supply cable sizes and the configuration settings; installation itself is by your team.
