North American AC charging uses the SAE J1772 connector. The 7 kW wallbox and 7.7 kW portable units in this section are built to that standard, and the portable range ships with NACS / Tesla adaptors.
CCS1 and NACS DC fast charging is quoted per project rather than listed as a catalogue SKU. If you are specifying a DC site in the US or Canada, send us the power level, connector and quantity and we will come back with what is available.
Production runs from two manufacturing sites, including Vietnam, which gives North American buyers an origin option outside China. We will confirm the applicable origin and documentation for the models you order.
North American listed versions are built rather than stocked: AC units to UL 2594 with UL 2231 personnel protection, DC fast chargers to UL 2202 / UL 2594, and couplers to UL 2251 — available under either a UL or an ETL (Intertek) listing, both of which are NRTL listings to the same standards. Tell us the standard, the state and the authority having jurisdiction at enquiry and we confirm the listed configuration, the certificate and the added lead time before production starts.
