Cartons, inserts, quick-start guides and full user manuals are supplied under your brand, in your languages, with your support contact.
The charging app can be published under your own name and store listing, with your branding and your support address. Backend and OCPP interface stay available to you.
OCPP 1.6J is standard on connected models. If you operate your own backend or a third-party platform, we confirm the integration path with your team before production.
Test reports and declarations are provided for the models and markets you order. Where a certificate is held by the production entity, you receive the copy and the authorisation you need for your technical file — we do not present someone else's certificate as our own.
If your catalogue uses its own SKUs, we can produce labels and documentation to your numbering instead of the factory designation.
