Shipping & delivery

EV charging equipment is not dangerous goods, so transport is straightforward compared with batteries. The real constraints are weight, volume and cable length on the DC side.

No dangerous goods class

Chargers, cables and modules ship as ordinary general cargo — no UN 38.3 test summaries, no class 9 declarations, no restricted carrier surcharges.

Portable and wallbox

Cartons are compact and stack well; LCL is practical for trial orders and full containers for volume. Air freight is viable for samples.

DC cabinets

Integrated DC chargers run from a few hundred kilograms to over half a tonne each. These ship by sea, braced and palletised, and are quoted on volume as well as weight.

Cables add volume

A 5 m charging cable is not compressible the way a carton is. Tell us the cable length you need — it materially changes the packed volume on a container order.

Two origin options

Production runs from two manufacturing sites, including Vietnam. Where origin affects duty in your market, say so at quotation stage and we will confirm what applies.

Documents

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of origin where applicable, and the technical documents that go with the models you ordered.

Practical notes

before you book freight
Liquid-cooled DCLiquid-cooled charging cables are supplied pre-filled and sealed. Confirm handling instructions with us before unpacking at site.
Site accessFor DC cabinets, check door widths, ramp capacity and forklift availability before delivery — a 240 kW cabinet is not a two-person lift.
Foundation and cablingDC cabinets need a prepared foundation and the correct supply cable. Recommended supply cable sizes are stated in the product documentation.
InstallationInstallation must be carried out by qualified electricians. We supply the documentation your installer needs; we do not install.
